LIFE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL WINS TEMA WEST NCCE 2025 E-CONSTITUTION QUIZ COMPETITION
Life International, a private basic school in Tema, Community 5, emerged as winners of the 2025, National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), E-Constitution quiz competition which took place on Wednesday, 24th September, 2025, at the Tema West GES Conference room, Community 2.
In his opening remarks, the municipal director of NCCE, Mr. Fidel N.A. Bortey welcome participating Schools and explained that the quiz was one of the strategies adopted by the Commission to fulfil its mandate of creating and sustaining within the citizenry, the awareness of the rights and obligations. He further explained that the quiz is also to test the knowledge of the students on the tenants of the 1992 Constitution.

The Greater Accra Regional Director of NCCE, Mr. Mawuli Agbenu, encouraged the students to take their studies seriously and that the competition though competitive should not only be about winning, but the knowledge that they gain.
The quiz begun with the four contesting schools, that is, Life International, Trinity Lutheran, Tonilove and St. James schools engaging in answering questions from the Constitution, the sustainable development goals and general knowledge.

Life International from Community 5 emerged winners, followed by Trinity Lutheran of Community 2, St. James Preparatory in Lashibi and Tonilove school of Klagon.
Mr. Samuel Asare Ekuamoah, the Deputy Chairman (Operations) of the Commission, who doubled as the chairman for the occasion expressed his excitement on the brilliant performance of the schools and encouraged them not to stop studying the constitution but rather do more in other areas of their studies as they are the future of the nation.
All schools took home a big dustbin each, plastic chairs and tables donated by Miniplast Company. They also took home a variety of tea bags from Jayaf Company, certificates of participations for the schools and the contestants. Newco Catering and Logistics catered for the refreshment of all present at the program.
