Hon. Ludwig Teye Totimeh

Ludwig Teye Totimeh is the current Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Tema West Municipal Assembly. He was unanimously confirmed in May 2025, securing all 30 valid votes cast, representing 100% endorsement by the Assembly Members.

Professional Background:

  • Ran private businesses, including commercial vehicles, wholesale of detergents, stationery, and water
  • Worked as a market researcher at Pexel Limited, Glasgow, Scotland
  • Served as an analyst with the Spintex sub-office of the Value Added Tax (VAT)
