YEP AFRICA AND THE NATIONAL SERVICE PERSONNEL ASSOCIATION HOST ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUMMIT
YEP Africa, in collaboration with the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) of Tema West Municipality, held an Entrepreneurship Summit training program for National Service Personnel of the Tema West Municipal Assembly from June 24th to 26th, 2025. The programme aimed to teach the personnel how to make connections in the business world, become entrepreneurs, and create sustainable customer relationships.

The interactive experience benefited both the facilitators and the personnel. The program was honored by the presence of the Tema West Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Ludwig Teye Totimeh. In his speech, he emphasized that this opportunity would greatly benefit the personnel as they prepare to end their National Service and transition into the workforce. He also reaffirmed the Assembly's commitment to youth development and enterprise promotion.

The program featured various aspects, including tutorials on different business topics such as types of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial commandments, characteristics of entrepreneurs, marketing, and marketing plans. The facilitators also engaged the personnel in games and emphasized the importance of understanding their strengths and weaknesses to succeed as entrepreneurs.
