REPORT ON DONATION TOWARDS RAMADAN 2026.

On Wednesday, 18th February 2026, Muslims acss the world commenced this year’s Ramadan. The Tema West Municipal Assembly, in showing solidarity and as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, donated some food items to the Muslim community to support them during the fasting period..

The Assembly, led by Ludwig T. Totimeh, donated Thirty-one (31) cartons of Milo, Thirty-one (31) boxes of Lipton, Thirty-one (31) trays of milk, and Thirty-one (31) trays of sugar to support the fast of the Muslim community..

Similarly, during the end of Ramadan, the Assembly again donated Forty-two (42) bags of 25kg rice as well as Thirty-one (31) cartons of chicken to support the Muslim community towards a successful Ramadan celebration.

The gesture forms part of the Assembly’s commitment to promoting unity, peace, and religious harmony within the municipality through continuous support for communities during important occasions.
