During her visit, Mrs. Baeka engaged with the management and staff of the assembly, emphasizing the need for dedication and professionalism in their duties for the betterment of Ghana. In a stern warning, she addressed issues of lateness, unauthorized absenteeism, and a lackadaisical attitude towards work among the staff.

Mrs. Baeka urged the Coordinating Director to take appropriate measures, including sanctions and possible salary deductions for recalcitrant staff, as a deterrent to others. She emphasized the importance of implementing measures to enhance staff productivity, which includes the operationalization of a clocking-in system to monitor punctuality and the re-installation of obsolete clocking devices.

Furthermore, she stressed the importance of providing resources to staff in a timely manner, encouraging them to work with interest and enthusiasm. Meeting deadlines, particularly in the stages of budget preparation and approval, was highlighted as a crucial aspect of their responsibilities.

Expressing her vision for the Greater Accra Region to emerge as winners in the annual Regional Assessment Programme, Mrs. Baeka called on all staff members who had been posted out of the Municipal to comply with the rules and regulations of the service, reporting to and remaining in their new working environments.

The Chief Director, a distinguished Planner and member of the Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP), a Lawyer & solicitor at the Supreme Court of Ghana, and a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners of Ghana, emphasized the need for a disciplined and efficient public service.

In response, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Kwame Kungi, expressed gratitude for the privilege of hosting Mrs. Baeka and assured her of the assembly's commitment to meeting expectations. He urged staff to comply with the rules and regulations of the service, while also encouraging them to communicate their challenges to superiors for timely redress.
