STAKEHOLDER CONSULTATION MEETING ON PROPOSED 2023 FEE FIXING FROM 15TH AUGUST, 2022 TO 18TH AUGUST,2022.

The Minister of Local Government & Rural Development (MLGRD) has utilized their authority under specific sections of the Local Governance Act 2016 to establish guidelines for rates, fees, licenses, and permits related to services, facilities, and property in Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies.

In light of this, the Tema West Municipal Assembly (TWMA) conducted stakeholder meetings involving landlords and property owners, to address issues and gather input regarding rates and concerns pertaining to their properties.
