Adjei Kojo Hosts Sod-Cutting Ceremony for 1 CHIPS Compound and Staff Accomodation.
Adjei Kojo hosted the sod cutting ceremony for the commencement of the construction of a 1 CHPS Compound and a 3-bedroom staff accommodation on the 30th of January, 2026.
At the event, the MP for Tema West Constituency, Lawyer James Enu, reiterated on delivering the 24 hour Economy policy which his government led by President John Dramani Mahama promised Ghanaians. He mentioned that, the CHPS Compound facility will deliver on timely healthcare services which will improve the general health of the community as a whole. He as well highlighted on a few selected roads that are crucial and will be rehabilitated to ensure smooth transportation of goods and services.
The MCE, for Tema West, Hon. Ludwig Teye Totimeh also added his voice saying, the government is committed to ensuring quality healthcare for the people of the community. Adjei Kojo is significant and Tema West is blessed to have an MP and MCE who are willing to go the extra mile to bring development to the communities. He said, having a staff accommodation for health workers within the health facility is crucial to access of health services by the members of the community.
The ceremony was sealed with the sod cutting ceremony, where the MCE and MP broke the ground with a pickaxe and shovel to show the commencement of work by the contractors.
